The tropical rivers here flow off the highest mountains in the Caribbean, thread through palm trees and drop over white granite boulders before emptying into the turquoise waters of the sea. The D.R. is a truly unique paddling destination, offering Class II-V rapids, big water paddling, technical creeking, hot springs at the put-in, bars at the takeout and beautiful scenery all around.

Our trips are based in the bustling eco-town of Jarabacoa, dubbed "The City of Everlasting Spring" for its pleasant weather. Hidden in the shadows of the 10,000-foot mountain "Pico Duarte", Jarabacoa is the adventure capital of the Caribbean. Whether your participating in one of the many whitewater adventures or just relaxing island-style, this destination delivers.

Trips are based at our riverside lodge, the Rancho Baiguate. The ranch is the ultimate place to kick back after a long day's adventure. With an on-site bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tropical flora, you'll never want to leave.
