Chattooga River Hummus Recipe
An NOC Original RecipeLong a favorite of Chattooga River guests, both vegetarian and otherwise is our delicious two-bean hummus. This peppery spread makes a hearty sandwich filling or a dip for carrots, celery and crackers. It's also loaded with fat-free protein to keep your energy up for paddling. This recipe makes enough for 6-7 raft trips. The Chattooga Chef recommends using Numer 10 cans of beans, rinsed. I. In a food processor, pulse: II. Add the following ingredients and pulse: III.
