Introduction to Digital Nature Photography

September 17-19, 2010
This comprehensive weekend course is open to both beginner and intermediate nature photographers shooting with digital cameras. Renowned landscape photographer Richard Bernabe utilizes a combination of classroom study and hands-on practice in the field that will prepare participants for independent nature photography endeavors or an advanced class or workshop.
Classes are held at Nantahala Outdoor Center in western NC and all field work is done in the surrounding mountains and rivers of Nantahala National Forest. Photography equipment, digital cameras, lenses, tripods, exposure, light, composition and processing are just some of the topics that will be covered. The atmosphere is fun and lively, but this course is all about serious learning.
