Monday
After breakfast, you'll pick up a boat and gear that will help make the weekend enjoyable. The next stop will be Fontana Lake for a skills introduction. Before long, we'll set off on a short trip. A deli-style lunch offers a midday break. Finish the day with dinner and the chance to share stories at the Paddler's Pub.

After a hearty breakfast, we'll travel to a new lake each day to tour, explore and relax in a fresh atmostphere. There are so many great choices available that it's hard to say exactly what our itinerary will be. Some of the most popular lakes are the Nantahala, Santeetlah, Cheoah and Calderwood, which all offer incredible scenery, especially during this time of year. Having the flexibility to change our destination gives us the opportunity to explore the very best destinations for viewing the wildlife and natural surroundings.

Each evening, you'll return to NOC for a dinner and a chance to reflect and relax. On Thursday, we'll conclude with a delicious farewell dinner. You'll also receive one of our coveted NOC Instruction.
