NOC has long been known as the epicenter of Southeastern whitewater. Our Nantahala Adventure Resort is also perfectly situated near seven beautiful mountain lakes, making it a great choice for flatwater fun, too. Our Paddling School offers guided lake tours in stable, easy-to-paddle recreational kayaks. Our instructors will show you how to slip quietly and effortlessly through the water, allowing you to relax outdoors, observe wildlife, execute nature photography and enjoy low-impact exercise.
