Footwear:
You have purchased a pair of fine quality footwear. To be sure you are happy with them, we recommend that you first wear them on a carpeted surface so you will be confident of a comfortable fit. Footwear will be accepted for exchange or return only if unworn. NOC honors all vendor warranties and defective footwear will be accepted for repair or exchange if accompanied by a receipt. Most of our shoes are designed for camping/trail running/hiking. If such shoes are used for construction work, farming, concrete work, etc., they will not be repaired or replaced.

Back Orders:
We will advise you if we are temporarily out of an item you have ordered. When we back-order a stock item, we ship it at our expense.
