NOC and Dagger will once again host the Freestyle Shootout kayaking competition, Saturday and Sunday August 1-2, 2009 at Nantahala Outdoor Center. Come see some of the most exciting moves on the water, and watch the region's best paddlers show their stuff on the Outfitter's Store wave. More details arriving daily.

Competition Format:
Hole time is limited to 90 seconds per ride.
Three rides Saturday, August 1 (Qualifier/Elimination)
Three rides Sunday, August 2 (Finals - top six in each division)
Must have five contestants in each division for prizes.
Two-day event open entry $40.
Maximum 100 contestants.

Walk-up registration will be open at the NOC Outfitter's Store Friday (July 31st ) from 4-8 PM, and Saturday
