NOC Salutes Summer Fun!

This Fourth of July, head to the mountains and enjoy the summer classic with NOC. Cool off with a raft trip, a Fontana Lake kayak tour, whitewater kayak instruction or a fast bike ride. What about the barbecue? We've got that covered, too, thanks to our gigantic "Big Wesser" grill.

In addition to a Sidewalk Sale, the Outfitter's Store will offer a $200 Gift Certificate to anyone who purchases a new boat at sticker price.  Select products are on sale all weekend. Be sure to pick up a new NOC logo t-shirt, since they're buy-one-get-one-1/2-price this weekend.

Events at The Pourover

Asheville's Brushfire Stankgrass plays The Pourover on Friday, July 3rd. Click here to visit the band's Myspace page and listen to some tunes. Brushfire Stankgrass fuses rock and roll and bluegrass, aiming to "bring southern Appalachian music one step further". Come join us for footstompin' fun and kick off your 4th weekend at The Pourover.

Events at NOC's Adventure Course Complex

NOC will offer special Alpine Tower Samplers all weekend long! Also, for the first time ever, the Ropes Challenge Course will be open to the public!

Alpine Tower Climbers should be at least 7 years old to participate (The minimum age for the Ropes Course is 11). Any climber under 18 will require a parent's signature to participate. Check-in for each activity is half an hour before the time listed above. Climbers should check-in at the Wesser General Store. Be sure to bring a camera and wear closed-toe shoes, like athletic sneakers. You can pre-register for these events in our online reservation system, or by calling 888-905-7238.
