Shipping Times - Subject to stock availability, almost all orders received before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day via the requested method. We reserve the right to use an alternative shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, Airborne, USPS, etc.) with a comparable (or better) delivery time-frame. Most boats will ship within two business days after your order is received in order for us to prepare your boat for shipment and for coordination with the appropriate trucking company serving your area.

Extra Shipping Charges Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses - Please be sure to include all necessary information in your shipping address, including apartment and/or suite numbers. Without this information, UPS may not be able to complete delivery of your package, or may charge extra shipping fees to complete delivery. Extra fees incured due to incorrect/incomplete address information as given by the orderer will be charged to te orderer. Please check your shipping information to avoid extra shipping charges!

Rush Shipping Times - NOC ships most items by UPS. UPS runs Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2 pm Fridays and on Saturdays and Sundays WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON. 1-day, 2-day and 3-day shipping requests are considered by UPS in Monday - Friday ("Business Days") terms. Rush orders ship the first available business day after the order is received by NOC. Example: 3-day shipping orders placed on Thursday after 2 pm will ship Friday and will arrive Wednesday.

Oversized Ground Shipments - This includes items whose package girth plus length measure totals over 84 inches such as paddles, roof rack bar, and some canoe saddles.

Oversized Air shipments - These include any packages over one cubic foot (12 inches x 12 inches x 12 inches). Items already subject to oversize shipping charges will have an additional charge included when shipped 3-day, 2-day, or overnight. BOATS CANNOT BE SHIPPED AIR. Shipping Boats - Prices quoted for boat shipping are for GROUND shipping only. (Overnight and rush shipping on boats -if available - will include significant extra charges.) Please contact us if you need faster than ground shipping for your boat. Rush shipping is not always available on boats. Most small kayaks under 6ft. 4in. in length can be shipped via UPS right to your door. Prices quoted for larger boats are for boats shipped by motor freight to a terminal near your home. Residential delivery is available for an extra charge. We ship only to the 48 continental states. We will not ship your boat until we confirm the final destination with you.(Zone 1 - Tan, Zone 2 - Red, Zone 3 - Purple)
