We'll help you refine those skills with some of the best women instructors in the world. You will enjoy building confidence on Class II-III whitewater in this supportive atmosphere. Kayak Intermediate II: Our Intermediate II women's courses are designed for paddlers with solid basic whitewater skills who want to build confidence and improve their river running and playboating skills on Class III+ whitewater. NOC's top rated instructor Anne Sontheimer and other expert women instructors will help you take your confidence on the river to levels you never imagined. Private Instruction: "PI" programs are designed just for you. You can enjoy our PI courses alone, with your paddling buddies and/or with family members.
