Housing: NOC offers a company-subsidized meal plan and housing during our summer season, resulting in a greatly reduced cost of living. Housing units are camp-like cabins. You can expect to have a roommate, and pets are not allowed.

Benefits: NOC offers other benefits, which vary based on length of service and include health insurance, dental plan, 401K employee savings plan, and vacation days.

Pay: Most of our seasonal jobs are entry-level and start at minimum wage. Waitstaff earn $3.13/hr plus tips.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be 18 years old prior to first day of work and eligible for work in the United States without NOC sponsorship.

Discounts: All employees are entitled to discounts in our restaurants and for most in-stock retail items in the Outfitter's Store.

| Application Process: Most seasonal hiring occurs between February and May. Applications are accepted year round and will remain active for twelve months. |

Behavior: NOC expects considerate and responsible behavior in our workplace, housing, and in the larger community.

Dress Code: NOC employees must maintain a neat and clean appearance. Staff may wear no more than three earrings at one time. No other visible body piercings are allowed. Tattoos must be covered.

Drug Policy: NOC adheres to a zero tolerance policy for use or possession of drugs on our property or impairment at work.

Alcohol Policy: NOC employees must adhere to State and Federal Alcohol laws.
