Ride through the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains

NOC is proud to support Western North Carolina's newest ride. The Blue Ridge Breakaway offers cyclists of all ages and ability levels a choice of four great routes and impressive ride support throughout the event. Based out of the Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center, the ride is put on by the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce with the intention of bringing cyclists together to enjoy our area's scenic byways and small country roads, as well as a beautiful stretch of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

NOC has been impressed by the routes, the organization, and the support the event has received from the local communities during the last two years. Over three hundred riders enjoyed last year's event, and we expect more in 2012!
