	Shannon Royce Group Sales Manager Shannon joined the NOC family in 2006, from Canada via Florida. With a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and an M.S. in Rural Planning, Shannon represents NOC in various community organizations such as the Swain County Tourism Development Authority and the Bryson City Rotary. Aside from her work, she enjoys spending time outside with her daughter McKenzie and her husband, Chris.
	Emily Bozeman Group Sales Representative Emily joined NOC in 2010 as an intern in the reservations office. Now with a degree in Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina, she is excited to work full time at NOC. Emily loves any time spent adventuring outdoors, hiking, kayaking, running, and yoga, and loves cooking, arts & crafts, and reading in her free time.
