She was instructive, articulate, reviewed safety and expectations, very courteous and highly knowledgeable about the 'ride' (i.e. the history of the river and area, how rafters and kayakers 'name' rocks, etc.). I appreciated Isabellas stories about the river, it made the trip that much more enjoyable. Isabella was also a great navigator. She was very good at managing the raft and instructing her crew for assistance. Exceptional!"
