Enjoy more splash per dollar! With NOC’s multi-river deal you’ll save 10% on your entire rafting getaway when you book trips on multiple rivers at one time (trips must be within seven days of each other). This offer saves your group money and delivers a weekend perfectly tailored to your group’s on-the-water personality. Here are some of our favorite river combinations:
Nantahala & Ocoee: The Favorite Start with a whitewater warm-up on the Class II-III Nantahala River and stick around for dinner and music at NOC. The next day, head to the Ocoee River, less than two hours away, where the Southeast's natural roller-coaster awaits you! Both dam-release rivers, the whitewater is guaranteed on this multi-river adventure.
Nantahala & Chattooga III: The Family's Choice Perfect for families, this combination features the beginner-friendly Class II-III whitewater of the Nantahala River, followed by a full-day wilderness experience on the milder section of the Wild & Scenic Chattooga River. Minimum age to raft Section III of the Chattooga is 8 years.
Ocoee & Cheoah: The Supercharged For a fast water and high-action adventure, start on the Class IV rapids of the Ocoee River. Follow that up with a ride on the newest, wildest river in the Southeast, the Class V Cheoah in far western North Carolina. A night in the mountain town of Murphy is an ideal basecamp for this adventurous weekend.
Chattooga Section IV & Cheoah: The Thrill-Seeker For adrenaline junkies, this combo includes the rapids of two of the nation's most famous whitewater rivers. Start with the famous Five Falls of the Chattooga River, and follow that up with five back-to-back Class V rapids near Bear Creek Falls on the Cheoah River.
French Broad & Nolichucky: Scenic Wonders Explore the northern rivers of the Southeast, with pair of free-flowing classics. Raft the whitewater of the third oldest river in the world on the French Broad River, and complement that with the whitewater of the steepest gorge east of the Mississippi on the Nolichucky River.
French Broad & Pigeon: The Mountain Duo Two great river trips close to Asheville, the French Broad/Pigeon combination gives you the best of two types of river trip. Begin with the Class II-III rapids of the free-flowing French Broad, then travel out I-40 to the Pigeon River, a splash machine flowing on the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Nantahala & Pigeon: The Natural Progression Try out two Smokies classics! Start this adventure on the family-friendy Nantahala River, which primes rafters with fun waves and riffles. Less than two hours away, families with kids as young as 8 can progress to the bouncy waves and splashy rapids of the Class IV Pigeon River.
Chattooga Section III & IV: The Wilderness Escape Spend two days in wilderness heaven! The Wild & Scenic Chattooga begins on Section III, where breathtaking scenery is matched with mild Class III rapids. The next day, you'll be treated to the Southeast's most memorable rapids, including Seven Foot Falls, Corkscrew and Sock-em-Dog.
