The French Broad flows through scenic Pisgah National Forest in the mountains of North Carolina, and is ideal for families and young teens. On French Broad River rafting trips, you can expect splashy and fun Class II and III rapids. The full-day trip option adds the percussive, Class IV Frank Bell's Rapid, a river-wide, bouncy drop.

	French Broad Full Day 8 Miles/3.5-6.5 Hours on the River Spend a full day exploring the world's third oldest river. Dine riverside to fuel your body for these class II,III and IV rapids.
	French Broad Half Day 5 Miles/1.5-2.5 Hours on the River Don't have the whole day? Try this half day trip that will take you through the Pisgah Forrest and around the mountains of North Carolina.
	French Broad Half Day Deluxe 5 Miles/2-3.5 Hours on the River Enjoy a riverside lunch on this half day trip down the class II-III rapids. Beautiful surroundings to enjoy on this family friendly trip.
	French Broad Paddle and Saddle 5 Miles/2-3.5 Hours on the River Spend the morning on the French Broad River and the afternoon on horseback with Sandy Bottom Stables. A full day of family friendly fun.

All French Broad River trips have a minimum age requirement of 8 years of age.
